You can't change what you aren't committed to.
The biggest barrier to dietary change isn't knowledge. It's behaviour.
why i run a nutrition community
Because achieving performance goals through nutrition takes habit development and behaviour change.
• It's reaching for a pre-prepared snack box at 3pm instead of a sugar fix.
• It's doing your grocery shopping at the start of the week so you don't make poor food choices out of hunger later on.
• It's hitting daily fibre intake that improves gut health, blood sugar, and recovery — because you prioritise whole foods over processed.
• It's eating tuna or salmon on hard training days because you know omega-3 improves your recovery markers.
• It's understanding how to eat to feel satisfied while still meeting your body composition goals on lower-energy days.
What to Expect
Over 12 or 24 weeks, you receive one-to-one coaching from me.
It starts with the Performance Nutrition Assessment — a structured screening I've refined over fifteen years working with teams, individual athletes, high performers & in elite performance environments.
It uncovers the nutrient gaps, behavioural patterns, and environmental factors holding your nutrition back.
Everything that follows is built from what the assessment reveals.
Bespoke plan
On demand help
Weekly check ins
So you're not left trying to figure it out on your own.
Who is this for?
This is for the rugby player who knows nutrition is the missing piece between where they are currently and a performance that continues to get them selected.
It's for the woman training consistently who is sick of feeling like she needs to eat less and train more, and wants to actually understand how to fuel her body across the month.
It's for the high performer who is sharp in every other area of life but knows their nutrition isn't matching the standard they set for themselves at work, in the gym, and as a partner.
It's for anyone who is done with quick fixes and ready to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to make lifetime lasting behaviour change.
Who is this not for?
If you're looking for an auto-generated, generic meal plan without expert guidance, this isn't for you.
If you want a one-and-done consult and a PDF, this isn't for you.
If you're not ready to invest in something that will fundamentally change how you fuel & feel, this isn't for you.
What you commit to, will change.

It covers the Performance Nutrition Assessment, the bespoke plan built from it, and the first session of your subscription. The startup fee is paid once at sign-up. The weekly or fortnightly subscription begins immediately after your assessment.
-
Yes, where appropriate. Some clients want a structured meal plan to follow. Others prefer macro-based guidance or food framework principles they can apply flexibly. We'll work out which approach suits your goals and lifestyle during the assessment.
-
You submit your check-in via a structured form covering the previous week or fortnight — training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and where you're getting stuck. I respond by video or written message, whichever you choose at sign-up. Most check-ins take 15–20 minutes of your time and you receive a response within two business days.
-
Quick questions, course-corrections, situations the plan didn't anticipate. You message me through WhatsApp or email Monday to Friday and I respond same day where possible. This is for questions that don't need a full check-in — supplement timing on a travel day, what to eat before an unexpected double session, how to handle a club function. The everyday decisions that help you get the most out of your plan but most importantly, understand your individual needs.
-
Yes — bring them. Blood panel and DXA interpretation are included as part of the assessment and ongoing program. You arrange and pay for the tests separately through your GP or DXA provider (Eliza can refer you to a provider for a discount). I interpret the results in the context of your training, nutrition, and goals and if appropriate will liaise with your GP, strength & conditioning coach or another healthcare provider.

You can continue at the same cadence, switch between weekly and fortnightly, or finish the subscription. There's no auto-rollover into another minimum term. Most clients continue at the cadence that worked for them — but the decision is yours each time.
-
Most major private health funds rebate consultations with an Accredited Practising Dietitian under extras cover — check with your specific fund. Medicare rebates are available with a referral from your GP under a Chronic Disease Management plan. The subscription check-ins are not currently rebatable.

Plans evolve with you. An injury changes what your body needs, not whether you need support. If your circumstances change significantly — pregnancy, long-term injury, or a major life event — we'll discuss the right path forward together. Pause and credit options are available in these situations.
