Nutrition for the high performer

without the confusion, the unqualified noise, or the generic advice

Bridging the gap between unrealised and realised potential — with the clinical depth and 15 years of elite sport experience that most practitioners simply don't have.

Debunk myths and get the facts straight.

  • You've signed up for an event and have no idea where to start with your nutrition — the information online is contradictory and overwhelming.
  • You've had a bone stress reaction, low energy availability identified, or a REDs diagnosis — and you feel overwhelmed and don't know what to do next.
  • You love your sport and want to proactively support your brain health and recovery — for now and in the future.
  • You're close to selection — maybe you've had feedback about your physical performance — and your body needs to hold up under an intensified training load without picking up new niggles.
  • You're a parent watching your child train hard and you want to feel assured they're eating enough to grow, recover, perform, and not get left behind.
  • You're working with an S&C and following your training program to the letter — but nutrition hasn't been optimised, and you're fatigued and your progress has plateaued.
Timing, life, wrong advice, new injury or phase in your training.

Why nothing has worked yet.

General advice from practitioners who aren't specialists

A generalist can point you toward healthy eating. A specialist can build a plan around your environmental constraints, training load, sports specific goals, your hormonal health, your cycle, injury or your recovery.

An unaddressed issue that less experienced practitioners have missed

Medical conditions like autoimmune illness, gut issues and injuries with clinical pathology like RED-S and concussion — these require medical nutrition therapy, the clinical standard that only Accredited Practising Dietitians are trained in. APDs are the only allied health professionals recognised by Medicare to provide MNT.

Haemorrhaging money at the supplement store

pre workout, collagen, protein, iron, omega-3, creatine — all valid tools. But without understanding what your body actually needs and why, they're expensive guesswork. Almost everyone is using supplements. Almost no one is using them effectively.

Plans built for someone else

Automated macro calculators, generic online programs, template meal plans, AI-generated advice — none of these have the ability to zoom out and consider you in the context of your environmental constraints, training schedule, your injury history, your cycle, your life. A plan that doesn't start with you specifically isn't really a plan for you.

Specialist advice

You've been given information. You haven't been heard. There's a difference between receiving a generic recommendation and working with Eliza, a specialist who has been trained in skills like patient counselling, motivational interviewing and communicating complex concepts in a way you can understand and be empowered through knowledge.

Elite strategies.
Applied to your nutrition.

What Eliza does differently

01
The clinical standard — medical nutrition therapy

APDs are the only allied health professionals trained in medical nutrition therapy — the use of nutrition science and behavioural counselling to manage and prevent medical conditions.

02
Shaped over 15 years — applied to you specifically

The principles and practices Eliza uses have been developed over 15 years working in elite programs at the Wallabies, NRL, Super Rugby, and Cricket Australia.

03
Backed by a money-back guarantee

If your initial consult doesn't deliver clear, actionable insight into what's been holding you back — Eliza refunds you in full.

What the initial consult covers

60 minute Initial Consult.

  • Full dietary intake analysis
Eliza builds a comprehensive picture of your food environment — what you're doing well, where the gaps are, what you enjoy, and the practical challenges that stand between you and sustained change. Everything that follows is built on this.
  • Training load review
Bring your Strava, Whoop, Apple Watch, or TrainingPeaks data. Eliza maps your fuelling to the flow of your energy demands — whether you're eating enough, not enough, or at the wrong times. Understanding the mechanism means you have the skills for life, not just for the next six weeks.
  • Supplement review
Supplements can be an overwhelming (not to mention expensive) space to navigate. Almost no one is using them effectively. Eliza reviews dose, timing, drug-nutrient interactions, and product quality — so you can feel confident that what you are taking is safe and tailored to you.
  • Medical history review
High performers are notorious for optimising for performance and underinvesting in health and recovery. That almost always results in injury or illness. Working with Eliza helps catch you before you slip through the gaps.
  • Clear recommendations and a path forward
You'll leave knowing what's been holding you back and what to do about it. Eliza gives you a clear recommendation for next steps — how many sessions she thinks you need and why.A plan to achieve your goals and like any good coach, Eliza is fully contactable between consults.

She's also built a growing specialty that very few practitioners in the country can offer: nutrition for concussion. Working at the coal face of collision sport, drawing on her own omega-3 research, she now receives referrals across multiple codes specifically for this work.

Now she works 1-to-1. Every client gets that clinical depth and those elite standards applied to their situation — regardless of the level they're performing at.

Questions people
usually have.

Is this just for elite athletes?
No. Eliza works with anyone keen to optimise their nutrition. From the active females, to the amateur rugby player who wants to improve how he feels on the field, parents of young athletes, athletes recovering from concussion and people who simply want to know their nutrition is right for the way they train. The specialist knowledge is the same regardless of level.
I've seen a dietitian before. Why would this be different?
Because you haven't seen a dietitian with experience across three international sports, who has worked with elite male and female athletes, who is a published researcher in sports nutrition, and who is genuinely obsessed with optimising your performance. Most dietitians aren't sports specialists. Most sports practitioners aren't APDs. Eliza is both.
Do I have to commit to a full program upfront?
No. Start with the initial consult. Eliza gives you a clear recommendation at the end — you might do an initial consult and a review and feel confident that's enough. Most people find they want to continue. But no one commits before they start.
Is $395 worth it for one session?
Most people spend more than that every month on supplements. This is a short term investment with a long term outcome.
What if I've already tried everything?
Then you likely haven't worked with a practitioner at this level. Eliza works with people who have been through the generic approaches and are still stuck.
